Brand new PSA upper with FN roll marked barrel. This is in A3 configuration [flat top with the pinned FSB]I installed a new BCG and put a carry handle on it and placed it on an A2 lower that I had sitting around. Its never been fired. Very nice upper with the chrome lined cold hammer forged FN barrel.
