What are a set of Low Ruger rings worth???

I haven't bought a pair of rings in a long time and don't remember what they cost.
Where do you get the target blocks? Does Ruger still sell them?

I have a couple of pairs of low rings but never considered selling them. I understand Brownells has the blocks and the same bases will work on a Ruger #3.

Ruger has the rings and the blocks.

I learned my lesson last time I sold blocks and rings for what I paid for them and then had to replace them with factory parts.
