1968 number one 308 win value

Hi I have the opportunity to pick up a 1968 number one serial #25xx AH 95% from a friend i can't find any past sales on gunbroker wondering what anyone hear has an opinion as to value any help would be appreciated

$1800 to 2200 if minty and has split rings and or RS model....barrel length is also consideredtion if in the rare lengths.
