MKII 22/45 Target 4 3/4” tapered barrel rare?

That's a 5.25" barrel. The model number is KP514
Yeah, I’ve saw those in a 22/45 .I have a regular SS steel frame in a 5 1/4” heavy tapered barrel.
Never seen one like this in a 22/45 with the regular tapered bbl. in 4 3/4” with adjustable sights marked target on the receiver.
That one does appear to be 5.25 but need pic of the other side to be more sure.
The serial number comes back to a KP514 with 00163 as the manufacturer number
May be a 5 1/4” . I was thinking they had a bigger front sight . I could be wrong.
I guess the only way to find out is to go buy it
I’ve just seen pictures of this one , and he was calling it a 4”, which before I saw pictures I thought he had a 4” bull barrel.

And made in 1992. Pretty common I’d guess.
Ok,I figured the barrel length and type was kind of uncommon.
Like the regular MKII’s with the 5 1/4” are harder to find.
Hey I’m not the final authority on these! Hope others will chime in to confirm or set me straight!
what Watertender said above, it is a 5 -1/4 inch tapered barrel and the front sight has been "modified" rounded off at the top, and to me ,one of my favorites , best of all worlds with the 22/45 lower, military feel with the grips,. mag release, looks ,function,10 -shots, hold open on the last one, etc...........

I believe the front sight is original. That's the way Ruger chose to make them. Both of mine are the same and that's the only sight I've seen on a KP514.
I have an MK6 whose front sight does that same shinny thing as in the Op's second picture even though there are no mods to it? That's not the way it actually looks.
