The other night I woke up with some indigestion, so I opened the drawer of my night stand and was feeling around for something to help. As I felt around in the dark I felt something rubber that felt like a revolver grip. I don’t remember a gun in that drawer. The next morning I had to investigate. I found a Ruger LCR. I admit that I really like the LCR. After years of carrying a Smith 642 I discovered a pocket gun with a much better trigger, the LCR. What I admittedly don’t care for is their small boot grip. I do use the longer grip on my 357, but this gun had a Pachmayer Pro Diamond grip. Admittedly I don’t remember this gun with this grip, but I can tell you it sure beats the heck of the stock boot grip.
What grip do you guys use when you carry your LCR?
 
Hamre Forge Grips. I have 3 lcr's and I put these on 2 of them. They are lighter and they are not sticky. They go in and out of the pocket seamlessly. They fill my hand better and they make the gun look more in proportion.

I really like the stock grip but admit those Hammer Forge look pretty nice. My LCR is a .22LR so I don’t have to worry about recoil.
 
First, I have the LCRx and the LCR, both in 38 special. On the x I kept the factory, they are very comfortable to shoot and that's the one I take to range and practice with most (it feels the same, pointing and trigger wise, as the LCR). However, since I pocket carry and wear blue jeans, I find they are a little fat to get out of the pocket quickly. I tried Recoil Riders on the LCR, and they are almost perfect. I can almost get my little finger on it (I don't have large hands), they are thin enough that when the gun is in my fist I can still pull it out of my pocket without fighting the top edge of the pocket The only drawback is they are a little slick; but I fixed that with a quick wrap with pickleball raquet tape. They also don't "ride the recoil" all that well, which is why I practice with the X; after blowing through about a box of ammo with the X I shoot maybe 5 rounds from the LCR (which is what I carry) to help with the muscle memory; even though I can't really tell much of a difference between the two.
For more than you asked for; the LCR came with Hi-Viz front sight, I liked it so much I ordered and installed one for the X (piece of cake).
