I have for trade an OM Blackhawk that was converted to .44 spl by Alan Harton. Extras include case hardened frame, black powder bevel on cylinder, steel ejector housing, crescent ejector rod, and #5 base pin. I started this project as a .41 spl and for some strange reason changed it to .44...

For what it's worth, the last few times I shipped a handgun to a smith or FFL, I dropped it off at Kinko's for FedEx ground and did not mention the contents. The particular gunsmith in question does likewise. A local pawn shop who handles my transfers does the same as well.
