LCR Portrait, tell me what you think

Unfortunately I'm not a member (yet) of an affordable range. The only one I have close by is a County run version where you have to buy their special ammo to shoot and it's really spendy. But maybe this weekend I'll get out of town and blast off a few rounds! I can't wait!

And thanks for the compliment! This set up took me about 5 minutes... 1 Pillow, one piece of Black fabric I got at Walmart that I use for people portraits... and there you go :) The only problem with taking a portrait of yours is where you are and where I am HAHA! Thanks for looking!

LCR Portrait, tell me what you think

I went to the photo on my website, right clicked, copied the URL from the "properties" tab and pasted that in between the [img] boxes... No clue why this isn't working...

LCR Portrait, tell me what you think

Good day everyone, my other hobby is Photography so I took a quick portrait today of the new LCR, just thought I'd share and see what everyone thinks. Do you like this portrait? Why or why not? Thanks for looking!

I can't believe I dropped my brand new LCR

Wow that is crazy...this article did not come up in my personal research prior to this purchase but it uncannily summarizes what my research did find...great beginner gun, easy to conceal (my #1 priority) and well made. Ill have to see about the 4 o'clock shooting position this weekend on the...

I can't believe I dropped my brand new LCR

This isn't being defensive because I don't honestly feel that way, but in my defense lol... 1) First revolver 2) First Ruger (besides my trusty 1022) 3) Bought it at a gun show which was in a huge auditorium with a high level of noise 4) Heard the "ting" for the first time right after...

I can't believe I dropped my brand new LCR

Thanks again Gila, this is my 1st revolver so I'm used to complete silence. Sorry for being neurotic...annoying I know. And thanks for explaining what the transfer bar is and does.

I can't believe I dropped my brand new LCR

To those of you who own this gun, could you please try this? Immobilize the cylinder with the hand you're holding it with, and give it a side to side wiggle. The reason I ask is that I wanted to make sure others who heard this sound weren't just hearing the normal play in the cylinder. I...

I can't believe I dropped my brand new LCR

I might indeed, I'm trying out a leather job that looked really sweet for a small of the back application. It relies solely on gravity (no snap strap) but the fall was 100% my fault. I was cinching up my belt but my belt went temporarily slack. The thoughtless part was I had already holstered...

Redhawk1 thank you So much! And this is the LAST time I purchase a firearm in a loud environment. I too do not care for the rattle. I'm sure the action will work fine, but the rattle is annoying. Thank you for confirming that the sound is normal, I am so releived!
