The safety I used is a Meuschke. http://www.brownells.com/handgun-parts/safety-parts/safeties/mueschke-1911-auto-extended-ambidextrous-45-safety-prod9212.aspx They have been discontinued though. I do not have anymore and will go with Wilson next time. Fred
