THAT was the ticket (except that the flat spring needed to be "pushed" down, not lifted up). Thanks for that. I finally got it all done and put back together, HOWEVER: now the decock lever has no "spring-back" to it. It simply moves loosely up & down as I manipulate it. WTF???

Any one have info or a link as to where I can find out how to completely disassemble/reassemble the P89 Decocker-ONLY version? I got the extractor out/right side "disk" (opposite of decocker) out/ and front sight out. Decocker won't budge beyond about 1-2mm. I can't go any further. Any help...
