If I can easily twist and pull out the drumstick bone or wing I consider it done. If you bent and pull on a wing or leg and it feels rubbery, it needs some more time.

Those are all good choices, I own the Glock and S&W, and have heard good things about the Springfield. Never had any issues with either and they will eat any ammo you put in them reliably.
