    They changed the tang length on them, Dont recall what year but there is a difference in the stocks before and after the change.

    The 132 prefix gun is when the change was made...1979

    They did change the tang at some point, Cant recall just when. T he tang is longer on newer rifles.

    This was an RS rifle, Sites have been removed. 22 Inch barrel is correct.

    Most likely its a 1A....A have 22" barrels and S are 26. Ribs are different on the two models and they are available

    Neither one had more than 400 rounds through them.....No faith in a UL barrel here!

    I have had two ULs in the past...257 and 243....rebarreled both of them. They shot out very quickly. Couldnt keep them on a pie plate at a hundred yds!!
