Limited Edition Blued Blackhawk .357 Mag Gold Scroll Work

Does anyone have any collector's info on a limited run of Ruger Blackhawk .357 Mag with gold scroll work. The one I saw had "1 of 500" on the bottom of the grip frame. Is it worth the investmtent of $725. Any info would help.
