I was also told that Toklat means pale or white in a local native language. That Toklat River apparently has a milky color at times. The First Toklat reference I ever heard was for a “Toklat Griz”.A blond phase grizzly bear. (Kinda like a white buffalo eh?)

I’d like to see a 4in barrel version of the SRH Alaskan or Toklat. They can call it the Canuck 😆

It was pricey, and new, but I had been having a lot of trouble finding one, much less a new one. I’d probably even paid more for it. “I want what I want” 😉😆
