Will you share the load you talk about? My 3" SP shoots low with most loads.

I know this will be a dirty word but Taurus Tracker in 44Mag is already smaller than a K frame and mine shoots 44Spl reloads quite well.

I have a Western , like the one in the picture, I bought in 1969 and it has seen moderate action in chopping up game animals when I used to hunt. Still a good knife and OK steel that take a little bit of time to get shaving sharp , but good knife!

I like them also ! I usually buy 1/2 a dozen to give away as Christmas presents! Basically, a good knife and being thin bladed you can get them as sharp as a razor.

The lite pipes on a Ruger Match Champion are rather large and I would like to use a smaller lite pipe since it takes up so much of the front sight? My other option is to buy a new front sight with out the lite pipe in it ? Any one tried this ? I have the lite pipe set taht comes with the Ruger...

You have to make sure your grip frame is fully seated on your receiver. The receiver should extend over the top of the grip frame 1/8" or so when fully seated. Otherwise, sometimes the hold open lever pops up and keeps the bolt from going into the receiver. If you bolt goes in part of the way...

I got the Novak LMA38001 replacement sight in today and removed the factory nonadjustable Novak to install the replacement adjustable sight. The factory sight with set screw backed off and soaked in penetrating oil was very tenacious to take off. Small hammer and flat nosed punch got it out. BTW...

Release blurb for Ruger described the Security Six and being made of a high strength stainless steel, with magnetic properties and the same alloy as used in high stress jet airplane parts.

My rugers are all fond of CCI SV and get as good of groups with it at 50 yards as some of the "match" ammo I have tried.
