Its the Mark II. On yours, do you just simply press the button with little force to let the floor plate open. Me, my face gets red, veins pop out of my head and then my finger is sore and bruised the next day from it. Its a pain in the but to get that floor plate open.

Well, ruger 10/22s were rare to find in walmarts in the 1st place. I just bought my ruger 10/22 about a little over a week ago, got it an hour after it came in. Got really lucky on that one :D
