My 617 6 inch barrel model doesn’t make them, but the four inch barrel model does. Weird.

I have a couple of Pietta .22 revolvers, and a couple of Uberti .22 revolvers, and there is nary a drag mark on them. Yep, I shoot them. Is there a way to time the Ruger Single six revolvers to eliminate that mark around the cylinder ? It is not a big deal with stainless, but the blued models...

I’m looking at the Ruger MKIV target, 5.5, and wondering if I get the factory threaded version in SS, is it any less accurate than the competition or hunter model ? The shorter barrel make any accuracy difference ?

I was lucky the same way! The cylinder was purchased from ebay, and fit my Bisley perfectly.

I really don’t mind paying for a good one. I don’t mind paying a premium for a premium example. When premium prices are asked for a mediocre piece , with a fifteen percent markup over premium prices, I get a little irritated, get silent, and move on.
