I'll try this. I normally do my .357's 1st, then finish the session with .38's. Followed by a good cleaning. Then reload with .357 for carry duties.

Break free, Balistol, gun scrubber? I see so many versions of these products, how do I know which to try?

Hoppes since 1979 for me, and some REM oil. Never an issue on anything......... I see guys praise M-PRO7, tried it, doesn't seem to do the "dirty" work. Doesn't clean the residue for me, so I use it as a "pre soak". Not even very good at that.
