I went with a Primary Arms SLX 3x Microprism. Really like it. I was a bit worried about the eye relief, but once I removed the flip-up sights, I was able to mount it about an inch forward of the back of the rail. Turned out there was plenty of eye relief for my purposes.

Has anyone put an optic on their 5.7 carbine yet? Just curious to see what others are using. I have a few red dots, but I want something with a little magnification this time around. I'm thinking a 2x or 3x prism scope, but not sure about the eye relief. My other choice would be to mount a...
