My New Model Blackhawk (2011 model) came from the factory with black plastic grips. I would like to dress the revolver up a bit by installing decent looking wood grips. Problem is, the revolver has the execrable lock inside the handle, so the rosewood grips on the "Shop Ruger" site won't fit...

The old style grips with wood inserts are available from Brownells - part 780-001-024WB, mfr. part no. 7083. I paid $23.58 plus $5.95 shipping. They fit my GP-100 perfectly and feel much better in my hand than the stock Hogue grips.
