    Most hollow bolts have sights. I have heard that the ones without sights were sold to dealers for selling large amounts of m77’s so they are pretty rare.

    the hollow bolts were a long action. They came out just after the flat bolt long action. The short action flat bolts were probably produced the same time as the hollow bolts.
