No I'm not insulted. I'm going to have a friend try it tomorrow. It's my fathers gun and its from the late eighties. I wonder if Ruger will still take care of it if there is a problem? Also yes I did adjust it all the way to the left. Thanks for the answers.
I shot my GP-100 from the bench today to sight it in,it shot to the left. I adjusted the sight all the way to the left but it still shoots 4 inches to the left. Elevation is fine and it groups well. How do I correct this? I tried different weights but same outcome. Thanks for any help.
According to Ruger's website mine was made in 1988. I checked my father's SRH and his grip locator is also like the GP's and it's also made in 1988. I haven't had the chance to do it this weekend but will tomorrow. Thanks to everyone. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't messing up my gun.
It amazes me how people whine about the recoil of an 8lb rifle shooting a .300 Winchester Magnum yet there are people shooting .460 and .500 S&W revolvers.
I'd rather have my butt ugly Super Redhawk than a Redhawk with those butt ugly grips!! I'm sorry but Pachmayr grips ruin the look of any revolver.
