I've never had an issue with Dillon and have used their press since before they offered the interchangeable head model. Also like Graf & Sons , lived near their store in St. Charles MO and made runs to the warehouse before for shot. Midway has always treated me right as well.
Only thing I...
Wasn't the term Parlor Pistol due to these being an indoor gun using 22 shorts after a fine dinner served by the host and then shooting done while smoking cigars and drinking some fine brandy?

From an outing last winter when my son was taking his SAT test and I have a couple of hours to kill down town Raleigh NC. Overcast with snow and rain that day, so pictures were tough to get with any contrast.

One of our club members brought his 10/22 with a silencer / moderator on it to the club last month. Lots of fun to shoot and had zero impact on the accuracy of the gun. His was a BIG moderator for use with centerfire calibers but works fine for 22 as well, just heavy for the gun. Others at the...
Activ hulss are good for steel shot reloading due to greater capacity from the one peice design. I have a bunch of these in 12 GA. There are wads and loads for standard lead shot loads. Work great in SxS guns but can have issues in some auto loaders after they are reloaded a frew times. What...
I own one of these and they are very very well made guns! Not as nice as a 2nd Generation Colt, but far superior to the Colt "cowboy" gun and far better than 99.9% of any of the other import SAA clones. Price is good as well!! If I was not under employed, I'd jump on this one!!

Is it a square box or what is refered to as a "banjo box" ? Older Banjo box models with the box are more collectable and will demand a higher value.

Most dia hard rimfire folks will tell you that a cold barrel will shoot to a different POI than a warm or hot barrel. Ideally for the most consistant accuracy I have found that a dirty barrel (couple of dozen rounds down a clean barrel) gets my rimfires shooting at optimum accuracy. Rapid fire...
What is your expected life for new 45 ACP brass, how many time can or have you reloaded before it is done for? Just trying to figure the net cost of reloading and trying to estimate how many reloads I can expect from once fired brass.

Check your local used office furniture dealer. The will have a mixed lot of office cabinets that fill the bill nicely and most have some sort of lock. Here is mine. Works great and had all the hardware there, I just had to add the lock!

I know this was to have been "new and unfired" but based on no box or papers, I'm suspect that this gun has seen some range time. But you did by it for a shooter so that is neither here nor there. My point is check to make sure the barrel lug is tight. Then center your front sight on the bore...
