Just remounted one. A 2 x 7 Leupold Vari-X IIc, in Weigand rings & mount (have found, like others, that those factory rings that come with the piece are worth exactly what you pay for them :? :roll: ) It makes for a nice handling package...tho if I could find a shorter scope of comparable...

Way Back When (early 90's), I had a 44mag Super Redhawk; shot ALOT of their 180/240gr jsp....good stuff, and lots cheaper back then! ...At one point shot up a few boxes of that 357 you mention. Was just as good...

Is too bad he won't stand by his product (Badger grips, I mean)....that sounds like a pat answer, to me, that he gave you. I'll admit; never owned a set, but always wanted to try...because of the positive things I had heard. Oh well, I guess that keeps you in business, attitudes like that...
