I still do not see the form to request letters on the Ruger website! 
Of the 7 seven letters I received, they all had the same format and the identical type info as I received in the past. As pointed out, the only real change I see is the gold seal rather than the signature of the past.
I just wish they would resume the phone call-in verification and then follow up with a letter. Heck, I would gladly pay $20 each to get confirmation on several of mine. I suppose the hindsight view would be that I should have gotten them way back when, huh?
However, even if they stop the letters altogether, I will keep collecting these things!!!!
