I bought this and never had a chance to use it. I've never cleaned it and it doesn't look to have been fired much at all. Comes with the box and everything you see in the picture, except my table! Simply Rugged holster I believe is the Sourdough Pancake model and comes with optional straps. Sorry, but the holster is as new as well, so you'll have to break it in ; ) $799 shipped to your FFL.
