Yeah to both but second one is not a Flattop, 3 digit gun, PLUMB, nor a shorty. However you are correct $2.5K is a lot more than a starting price of $0.4K.

RENE has that three-digit gun at $1625 and the proper box at $405, so $2030 total.
Neither gun nor box is "perfect", but close.
How often do you see such a pair for sale?
The "protected sight" gun is really nice, but the box isn't. RENE would be like $500 if "perfect".
At $400 it's not bad at all. Worth watching.
