.45 Colt-Not A Ruger So Please Stop Me !

Ruger SA guy myself it's still very tempting.....

It is nice. I think the Smith fans would be all over that one as there are not many pre-lock 3" 45 Colt 625s. If I am correct, that would be a Lew Horton limited run of about 150 examples and should bring a grand easily. It does have a MIM hammer and trigger through, if that is a deal breaker for you. I have no dog in this hunt, but thought I would add some info to those interested.

......but, I've been a-run'n with SA's for over 50 years and I's be'in
just to set in my them there ways for those new fandangled
DA hicky jiggy type-a shoot'n irons....

If I's be'in ever decided to carry one of thems there DA things for a CCW
then this would be be'in the one I'd be'a get'n.

That 625 doesn't tempt me. I don't like the MIM (cast) hammer & triggers that S&W cheapened up their guns with in the late 90s.

Sure wish Ruger would come out with some concealable DA big-bore snubbies like that, like a 5-shooter in 45 Colt or 44 Special, something smaller and less expensive than the SR Alaskans...
