Fellow on CastBoolits claims to have 10 lots of 100 available for 70$ each shipped. If I had an urgent need, that's where I'd buy it.

Lots of 100 @ $70 aren't scalpers prices. I bought some from Midway last month for about that price less shipping.
I know that Starline filled their standing orders at about that time. It's likely the seller sold some of his.
When it's readily available again, it likely won't be selling for $35/100 like it used to.
