Back in the dark ages when I still used a rifle to hunt with, I used a 243. I used the Hornady Interloc bullets in 100 grn. I'd have to look it up,,, but I do know I was following the Hornady manual. Just remember, each gun can be different & what works for one person may not work for another. Experiment & see what your gun prefers.
Read the manuals,,,, see what powders give the most consistent accuracy etc. You can cut down on your experimentation by doing a little studying.

My .243 shot best using Nosler 105 gr. Bullets and Varget powder. I sold that rifle to a good friend who retired in Montana. His wife has filled her Deer tag every year with that little rifle.

My magic load for the 243win using 100 grain bullets was a 100 grain flat based bullet over 40 grains of IMR4350 lit with a Win WLRP and the bullet seated against the lands. This load was more accurate than most shooters are capable of shooting. In my Ruger M77 All weather, I shot it off heavy sandbags at 100 yds and put 5 rounds through one hole. I bought that rifle for a deer gun for my kids who were starting to hunt but #1 son shot an 8 point whitetail through the heart and we almost lost the deer because he ran so far. For a deer rifle in the 6mm rifles a more frangible bullet than the Hornady IL or Rem Corelokt is needed. I have shot two does with my 6mmRem using 70 grain Nosler BT bullets and both were DRT, and my little Rem model 600 isn't near the shooter as that Ruger was (MOA consistently and no better).

My go to deer load with all the 243's I've had is 42.0 grs. of IMR 4350 with 100 gr. Sierra Sptz. or a 100 gr. Nosler Partition, Winchester cases, and an R-P 9 1/2 large rifle primer. It works.

4350 seems to be a go-to powder for almost any bullet weight in .243. It's hard to find .243 loading data that doesn't have 4350 listed.

Just sayin'....
