A nine incher is on the way

Saw this on Gunbroker http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=452690497 and also saw that it had been 'relisted' because it didn't sell before. I contacted the seller and made him an offer, that was considerable less than what he was asking the starting bid to be, and he accepted. It should arrive here sometime next week

Thanks for the link however I cannot get anything for a while now. Three revolvers in the last month and a half PLUS we just had to have a new roof put on the house, and that ain't cheap. The old bank book took a considerable hit.

I'm holding my breath,,,,,,,,,,,,,,! See you next fall!

You got lucky I had been watching that gun and a few others for some time now. Not two weeks ago I decided to make a deal on a different nine than that one.

Before I contacted him about buying at my price I asked about the serial number. It was 162XXX. That to me was the selling point.
I also realized that if I could sell all my revolvers for the prices I see some listed for on Gunbroker I would make a small fortune. Some of them are totally outrageous, however most times someone WILL pay the asking price OR bid WAY over what something is worth.
