Another FT .44 spl on its way

I found a very nice 5.5" NM .44 Flat top. The price was right so, despite the 5.5" tube, I snagged it. Plan is to shorten the barrel to 4 5/8's to match my other FT. I like the idea of a pair of 4 5/8's blued .44 spl's.

It is supposed to ship mid week. Its gonna seem like forever.

But it'll be worth the wait! I'm on your side with the shorter barrels. I just like the way they feel.

Better shoot it first. You may decide you need one of each.

I've learned NEVER to shoot a donor gun! All too often they shoot too good to mess with. No, I really want a "matched" set. Even if they are force matched.
