Thanks for the reply and the lead. But I was hoping to get an extra cyl for less than what I paid for the whole piece.

Due to negligence by some shooters who fail to properly clean a BP gun & chambers,,, the cylinders are one of the first places to get rust & damage. As such,,, the cost of good cylinders isn't cheap, and since the guns are no longer made, prices are up.

Just remembered Gary Reeder does custom Old Army's and you may be able to score a factory cylinder from him. His site is reedercustomguns.com Send him an email, it can't hurt.
