PSS on GB - Not so good refinish at one time?

For you Ruger Six series folks. Saw this on Gunbroker as I was perusing the site and something didn't quite seem right as I was looking at the pictures.

My guess is that it has been refinished/remarked at one time (not that I have anything against that if done right). Check picture # 15.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the 357 Magnum mark should be higher up on the barrel and not the under lug right?

That is one of the first things that caught my eye, then I saw how the cylinder flutes seemed to be rounded off and the lettering was not as sharp as it should have been. This tells me that whoever refinished it went pretty heavy with whatever they used to prep the gun for rebluing.
