I didn't buy a stainless one because I really thought I liked the look of the blue one better. (I've since regretted not buying the stainless one as well!) If the blue ones every show up in quantity, I'll have to get one.

The one posted on RF.net looked nice.

I could see myself buying a matte black/blued on later this year.

right now I'm on the search for the perfect holster for this heavier gun than my usual
KLCR .357.

Some people say the stainless WC prone to scratching but the blued one should hold up better.

I'd like to have a blued WC and one of these SHTF Hybrid IWB holsters for it.

I'm really thinking one would be nice for my KLCR .357 as well.
The finish on the cylinder seems to be very tough.

I really liked the way the stainless ones looked. But I didnt realize there was going to also be a blued one. Will it be the nice polished blue like the Pheonix?? The Pheonix to me is one heck of a looker I wish I owned.

Interesting. I like it but a nice deep blue would look even better on that imho.

Yes, Ruger could expand the WC concept to include both Glossy Blue and even Target Grey models.

The finish on the blue WC is bead blasted like the stainless version and then blued. Just an FYI for Y'all.
