Price check on Ruger MK I 512 bull bbl with target sights

My LGS has for sale a blued Ruger MK I with a 5 1/2 " bull barrel. It has the adj target sights. It is as new, has the numbered box, owner's manual, extra mag in its own little box, and the rest of the paperwork being issued at this period. I don't know if it is Ruger factory, but it also has a bumper sticker in the box that reads "When guns are outlawed, only the outlaws will have guns." The inside of the box has a stamp and it has 1979 in the wording. This one could not be more complete or nice. They have $400 on it. Any comparable sales seen recently?

If it has the walnut target grips. That package in my area would be around $375.

The word from OGCA today was one nice one for $425 and a well worn one for $375. So this LGS example is priced about right.
