I passed on this but probably shouldn't have. The blue is pretty nice , grips have some dings but is HAS BEEN converted , no parts. Located in MA I could have bought it for 395. I have the info if someone else wants it

85, 111, and 540 are all BKH44Xs and all three shipped in Nov, 1971.
Those 3 shipped almost a year later than they "should have". This is consistent with my observations that convertibles really didn't start appearing until about 5-6 months after the 45s were introduced (ie April/May, 1971).
