Shot it this afternoon, and the trigger is oh so sweet. Only shot it offhand at 25yds but I am positive I could hit at 50yds with this thing if I had something to brace against. Great gun, glad I got it.

I have a 6.5" blued 357/9mm. I need to do the Wolff spring kit on it, but it is a fun gun to shoot. Oddly, I think I've only ever shot 38's and 9mm in it. Plenty of experience with the 357, just don't think I've ever gotten around to shooting this gun more than with easy poppers with my kids...

4227 is a great powder for the 45-70 as well. I shoot a 300gr hard cast, and a stiff load of 4227 will push that sucker to 2215fps out of my 18.5" barrel.
