As far as I can tell, there basically is no powder available anywhere for purchase and shipping--the only option seems to be if you are lucky enough that your local store/range has it. If anyone has info to the contrary I'd sure like to know!
I have a 6.5 284 Norma that I bought years ago--and I also bought a couple hundred lapua and hornady cases back then for reloading--it's always been one of the most expensive cases I reload for. I guess it's market demand--specifically lack thereof, that drives prices up.
