I recently inherited a Mossberg 146B-A after my dads passing. He at some point started to refinish the stock and the brackets for attaching the sling are missing, I have looked several places on the net and have not found them so I thought I would give it a try here. Thanks for looking. Carl

Geezer I had to do this on a GP100 a couple of weeks ago. to get the firing pin and bushing out you need to "tap" it rather fimly. I would sugest a drift punch close to the same diamiter as the firing pin opening. Going back in with the retaining pin will be the hard part for a blued gun. On a...

Thanks for all the comments. Ale-8 I was thinking that would be a nice addition also the ejector does seem out of place. I plan on keeping it as you see I too love the "patina" and this will be a great piece to teach my grandkids to shoot with!
