WTT: Ruger 77/44

I have an almost new (100 rounds fired) stainless/synthetic 77/44 for trade. I have the box/paperwork/rings. The 100 rounds were fired at the range from the bench. I had a cheap 3x9x40 mounted in the factory rings.

I am looking for a stainless 77 MKII Target rifle in 223, 243 or 308. Rifle must be in excellent or better condition. Obviously I'm willing to throw in some cash to square up the deal.
