I have an original set of 151-series high back factory grips (with screw) for a Ruger Security Six revolver in VG-Exc condition. I took them off of my Bicentennial Security Six and installed a set of Pachmayr grips back in the day. The gun is long gone, so no need for these grips. I even adorned them with my name on the inside of the right panel back in 1977. Will sell for $60 now $50 shipped; payment by Zelle or personal check, USPS Money Order (shipped after the instrument of payment clears my bank), or cash, at the buyer's risk.
