Looking to sell my custom Ruger 5 shot 45 Colt revolver by Jack Huntington. A Ruger super Blackhawk 44 mag. with square back trigger guard was the donor gun. Jack performed his grip frame modifications to include rounding the trigger guard and lengthening the grip frame. He also made and fit the walnut grips. Includes a custom 5 1/2" barrel with band, custom 5 shot cylinder with recessed case heads, free spin cylinder, Freedom Arms style front sight (changeable front sight blades), checkered ejector rod head and non locking #5 style base pin. Bowen rear sights were out of stock when the build was done a couple of years ago so it is wearing the original Ruger sight. I purchased a Bowen adjustable target sight for it and never put it on but it will come with the revolver.

I am the original owner and have shot only 1 cylinder full. The grip frame modification makes plenty of space between my ring finger and back of trigger guard so that my middle finger doesn't get whacked like it does with a standard Bisley frame. The trigger pull is crisp and should be around 3 pounds as I requested during the build. As expected from Jack, the action is super smooth and there is no movement of the cylinder in any direction. The only reason I'm selling is that I just never shoot it and I'm trying to downsize my collection a bit. Please PM me for questions or send email address for more pictures.

First "I'll take it" posted here, followed by confirming PM, gets it. Please make sure it is legal for you to own this firearm where you live.

Price: $3500 shipped. Revolver will ship from my FFL ( located in Virginia) to your FFL in the lower 48 states after payment has been received. Payment can be USPS money order, certified check, personal check (clear my bank before shipping), FF PayPal, etc. Thanks for looking.

Marshall

I have the 6-hole version of a similarly configured JRH in stainless. This gun is nicer than mine … and mine is outstanding in every way. Good luck with your sale, Marshall. I know you must hate to let this one go.
