I've decided to sell off several items which are duplicates of other guns I have or things I just don't use and are occupying real estate. All items are excellent to like new unless otherwise stated. SCOPES NOT INCLUDED. Am selling the following items:
Benelli LEFT-HANDED Super Black Eagle. This is the original Super Black Eagle, not the SBEII. Has a 26-inch barrel and RealTree finish. Comes with hard case and owner's manual. Original magazine cap had finish chipped off, so I bought a replacement last year. (Both caps inlcuded.) Extended choke NOT included. $920 shipped. PRICE IS SAME FOR "FTF" TRANSACTIONS.
Ruger 1B in .270 WCF. Gun has the "second variation" checkering on the pistol grip and serial number is 130-175XX, which places it in the 1975-76 production time frame. Is a good shooter and condition is very good/excellent with scattered handling marks in the wood that are difficult to capture in a photograph and only one area in the metal finish on top of the barrel forward of the barrel address. These all indicate honest use, not abuse or neglect. Includes "high" rings. $695 shipped. *SOLD*
S&W 624 .44 Special 4-inch with original box and grips. (I do not have the tools.) I bought this from another member about three years ago who sold it to me as unfired and I haven't fired it either. I have, however, added a pair of Kurac's grips and put the originals back in the box. $895 shipped. Am absolutely NOT interested in any trades. *SOLD*
Ruger 1A in .257 Roberts with original box, rings, and paperwork. This was a Lipsey's limited run. I've had Mark Penrod of North Manchester, Indiana work over the trigger so that it breaks at a clean 2-1/2 pounds. I believe I have a copy of that receipt which I will be happy to include. I've fired it a dozen or so times at the range and never hunted with it. $930 shipped. *SOLD*
Browning 1895 in .30-06. As the name implies, this is a Browning/Miroku copy of the Winchester 1895, but without that lousy rebounding hammer and tang safety on the current iterations. With original owner's manual, no box. $720 shipped. Am absolutely NOT interested in any trades. *SOLD*
Ruger 1A in .270 WCF with medium rings. This is a "red pad" gun from 1977 without that ugly warning on the barrel. As with the previous 1A, I had Mark Penrod work the trigger over. It's a good shooting gun capable of right near 1-MOA accuracy. No box or manual. $775 shipped. *SOLD*
Ruger No. 1 RSI in 7x57mm. This is a "red pad" gun from 1986 with original box, manual, medium rings, etc. See notes regarding trigger work on previous No. 1s. Also includes a Brownell's Latigo sling. (Black sling, not the one pictured.) This one shoots really well with 154-grain Hornadys and is capable of honest 1-inch 100-yard groups. Average wood, but I've never hunted with it. $830 shipped. *WITHDRAWN*
FN MKIII Hi Power. When Browning decided to get out of the handgun business about ten years ago, they started marketing these through their sister company FNH USA. They're otherwise identical to any other Browning HP. Includes two 13-round "factory" magazines, original case, a set of Uncle Mike's Spegel grips, original grips, etc. I have had Ted Yost perform a trigger job on this and remove the magazine safety. ("Spots" are Break-Free I neglected to wipe; they are not finish blemishes.) $650 shipped. *WITHDRAWN*
I have feedback here and in other places and can supply references if needed. All items will be listed on multiple forums, so speak up if you want something.
Am absolutely NOT interested in any trades. I believe the prices are reasonable, too. Thanks.
