I have to agree on the Hazmat charges, but... as I have seen no powder of any kind in my neck of the woods since last year and I rely on reloading my ammo to enjoy my hoobies of shooting and hunting. I'll pay the price. I will be stocking up as I find it. I never bothered to do this in the past.
