WTB Nickel/Chrome plated SC6

Hello All,
I am looking to add to my Super Single Six collection. In 1965 and 1968 Ruger made about 118 nickel plated SC6 revolvers. I am building up for a nice collection and eventually display. There are also 19 nickel plated SC's with a black anodized grip frame.
A few more guns have a high polish with very colorful frames that would fit into my collection. I know these are rare, but there are some very successful collectors on this forum that might have a lead. Thanks

You are looking for a very hard to find gun. Good luck. I think I can only recall seeing MAYBE one authentic one for sale over the years,, and only a few that had been done after the factory. We used to have a member, (may Dan RIP,) who had several guns plated & we nicknamed him the "Sultan of Shine."

It sounds like I heard his name before. I curretnly have 5 guns that letter. I am in the process of building a display with these shiny gems. I know they are more out there. Some day a pm will come in.....
