The financial decrepitude continues, No room for new guns or even much range time. But I cqn dream. Some of you speak so well of the .237 single 7 I stated looking, just looking saw this one...

Now the question is (and no rude comments) We have a KelTec P 32. Can I use that ammo in the Ruger?

Other dreams come into my mind but this one is rater persistent.

No, you wouldn't want to. The .32 auto is I believe semi rimmed so it might be possible to get it to fire but accuracy would probably suck, reliability might suck etc.

If a .327 mag is your dream, when you buy one, also plan on getting 1000 rounds of starline brass or .32 magnum brass and shoot one of the rounds it is made for. Factory ammo is too expensive.

.327 has always been one of my most favorite calibers.

I bought enough factory Federal ammo that I just reused that brass. But did eventually buy some Starline brass when the other brass started to wear out.

Do you reload? There are many different bullet weights and powders that you can use. It seems to be just very accurate, without a lot of recoil.

For the life of me I don't know why it isn't more popular. I guess because it's a revolver caliber, not some plastic 9mm.

No, I don't. I know the ammo is somewhat expensive. Not sure what all the reloading equipment would cost. I have always had a soft spot for out of the mainstream firearms. Probably just shoot it for fun. I have a Heritage dual cylinder and a H&R 949. But a "real" revolver interests me. Its easy to shop when you don't have money to put down. BTW is the 7.5 in barrel a good option?

I'm not able to say if the 7.5 inch barrel is better for the .327 or not. I would say yes, but only if the gun balances well for you. Sometimes those longer barrels with an alloy grip frame tend to get front heavy.

But as far as the .327 caliber? I can't say. I know the .17 HMR needs a longer barrel to fully utilize the potential of the round. Or so I've read.

Isn't the .327 classified as a rifle round? Hmmm. Now I'm curious. I've got an SP101 in .327. It's one of the older guns with a 3 1/2 inch barrel. But it isn't like I shoot it at 100 yards or anything.

Good luck, if you get a new gun, post a picture of it.
