Beauty of a Winchester 94 PRE-WAR Saddle Ring Carbine, 30 WCF, really nice looking wood, good bluing still on the barrel and tube for age, clean gun inside, bore is very crispy and shiny, action feels great, nice trigger. MFG in Late 1925

Some interesting numbers on the forend, perhaps from a PD or prison? Just a guess, small crack ahead of band.

Bump, you won't find many pre war src's with this much finish and clean bore for under $1k

Nice src. That's probably a driver's license number. Law enforcement is most usually stamped. But its nicely done.
All it needs is correct rear sight.really a good deal here folks
