Williams Fire Sights, 22/45, Need Loctite??

I'm looking at getting some Williams Fire Sights for my 22/45 but in some of the reviews they mention locktite. That's ok for the front sight screw but I'm sure not gonna locktite the rear adjustment screws. Any experience out there? I saw one guy said the rear screw backed out so far that the sight fell off and got lost.

Don't loctite the sight adjustment screws or you will need a new sight. A neighbor did this and had to have a new sight. BHK
