Ruger legal tells us Ruger does not have a license to sell ammo in those states. And yes you could try and have it sent to another but it will be declined if the billing address is one of the States listed.

I'm surprised they didn't offer it in .375 Ruger as well. Ruger must consider that a dead caliber?

I ordered a box of 204 just to sit on the shelf. I had thought the 375 Ruger had gained a bit of a following from what I've read, but I could be wrong.

Considering Ruger's initial ad for it said December 15, I'm not sure how being November 13th makes it late. perhaps I'd ask your dealer "C'mon, what's so hard about giving me the right info?" ;) Either way, they can't provide what isn't provided to them. In the end, it's all on Hornady to produce it on time.

I didn't read the ad or I wouldn't have posted the reply. Scuz me! C'mon Hornady, whats so hard about making ammo? I called my dealer about two weeks ago and now another 4 -5 weeks. Geez :!:

Nothing hard for them at all. They're doing it every day. ;) Given the original ate of availability and the now 4-5 week mention, it seems they're right on schedule. Good planning on their part.

For ammo that's basically intended as a collectable and not what most would buy to shoot (paying extra just for the box), what's the anxiety? Patience. :)
