Half wonder if you could loop the cord around your bicep, and cock the hammer by tilting the muzzle down with your wrist?

Yeah that too. I was usually running when doing that. Now I amble as fast as I can manage. IPSC and IDPA are about as exciting as shooting sports get. I need to rebuild my dueling trees and get one of those Texas star things to play with in the yard I really prefer the dueling trees because I don't have to bend over and pick them up.Hear hear! Maybe, but not in my case. I just like a wider hammer. I'm an old S&W guy and like their wide target hammer.
Most of my Ruger revolvers are a Bisley model but the few that are not will eventually have the SBH hammer, that is if they ever come available again.
